Ok, it’s Friday, it’s been a long, difficult week, and it’s times like this when I enjoy funny stories like this one. I suppose “tortilla chip” is the best way to describe this UFO, but it still really doesn’t help the cause. SiFy.com has the story (and not to be confused with “SyFy” the network, which ironically is more about the fiction than the science these days):
A UFO, dubbed as the “Dudley Dorito” for its resemblance to the tortilla chip, has been spotted in the skies over Britain for the third time.
A UFO, dubbed as the “Dudley Dorito” for its resemblance to the tortilla chip, has been spotted in the skies over Britain for the third time.
Quality inspector Munesh Mistry, 21, spotted the “extra-terrestrial tortilla chip” above his home in Tipton, West Midlands, and his sighting comes just weeks after a UFO was spotted hovering over nearby Sutton Coldfield on the eve of Bonfire Night.
“Me and my closest friend saw an amazing fast-moving and silent craft in the shape of a triangle made up of what appeared to be three lights fly across the sky at a mind-boggling speed,” the Daily Telegraph quoted Mistry as saying.
“At first it looked like three birds flying in unison, then when seeing the triangle shape, we both were amazed and immediately discarded that explanation,” he stated.
He added they promptly logged onto the Internet and saw previous sightings online.he previous sighting had been reported on November 4 by local David Allen, from Boldmere, who described the triangular object as being four or five times the size of a commercial airliner.
Similar reports of the Dudley Dorito swooping through the night skies had emerged during 2007 and 2008. (ANI)
I guess people have grown tired of describing triangular UFOs as “triangular” or “wedge-shaped.” This sounds to me like it might be some sort of experimental aircraft, such as the Stealth fighter or bomber, but you never know. The colors on Dorito’s are really not natural…
