Sasquatch Sexuality

We’re not generally purveyors of porn here at The Occult Section, but as the old adage goes, we’re reading this month’s issue of Penthouse for the articles. Specifically, the article on the sexuality of Bigfoot by Loren Coleman and others. If Bigfoot exists, it is a biological creature, and therefore, has biological urges. Yet most discussions of Bigfoot don’t touch on this delicate topic (even though almost every discussion, at some point, discusses “scat” and “scat samples”). But in his book Bigfoot! The True Story of Apes in America, Loren Coleman devotes an entire chapter to the sex life of Sasquatch. I’m guessing the article in Penthouse expands upon those thoughts. Here’s the story from Cryptomundo:

Fortunately, Bigfoot doesn't appear nude in this issue.

The October 2010 issue of Penthouse magazine carries an interview with Loren Coleman and others done by Nick Redfern, detailing my thoughts on why the sexuality of Bigfoot must be seriously studied in the field of cryptozoology. If we are discussing a biological species, the biological process must be explored scientifically, without bias.

This is a major topic in Bigfoot! The True Story of Apes in America, in the chapter “Sex and the Single Sasquatch,” as well as in  The Field Guide to Bigfoot and Other Mystery Primate.

The Penthouse article apparently is not online, but only in the printed edition. It is on page 96, with 2 pages of contents; it’s referenced near the top of the second “Table of Contents” page.

It’s a shame the article is not online, as I think it would be a great read, and not everyone is comfortable going into the local magazine stand to buy a Penthouse. I, on the other hand, have no problems buying magazines full of naked women, so I’ll be picking this up ASAP.
